You enquire, we have a no-obligation consultation on the phone or Zoom. You decide which service to book and pay the deposit.

Then our work starts. 
 Funeral planning services can include

   - Venue & service coordination  
   - Catering & funeral reception planning, including liaising with suppliers
  - Funeral reception decor set up
   - Obituary & order of service guidance  

- 1 x professional funeral organiser and 1 x assistant/s (more assistants provided depending on the size of the funeral).

Bespoke funeral planning support


Need just a few hours of help in the lead up to or on the day of the funeral? 
This is ideal for 
  • Setting up your funeral reception furniture (tables, chairs etc)
  • Setting up any decor
  • Managing funeral reception seating and guests
  • Clearing up the venue after your funeral reception













Cost: Minimum £300 (for 3 hours)

Hourly add-ons - £70 per hour for additional support.














Essential funeral planning coordination 


When you need help with the funeral essentials. 
This can include
  • Funeral reception venue booking
  • Reviewing funeral director quotes
  • Managing funeral RSVPs
  • Helping with the order of service
  • Point of contact on the day for suppliers
  • Setting up your funeral reception (tables, chairs, decor etc)
  • Guidance on the order of service handling
  • Up to 5 hours of pre-funeral consultation and up to 5 hours of service on the day of the funeral.









Cost: From £750

For comprehensive, stress-free support: 

  • Everything in the Essential service plus…  
  • Pre-funeral liaison with all your suppliers 
  • Reception/catering coordination  
  • Handling of floral arrangements &  memorial keepsakes  
  • Order of service drafting and submission to your chosen printers
  • Unlimited planning support, phone or via Zoom 
  • Condolences book/keepsake coordination  
  • Venue décor and specialised logistics
  • MC-style  announcements at the funeral reception 
  • Dedicated planner from start to finish  


Cost: From £1,500





What’s Not Included:

- Funeral director/cremation fees (we’ll help you compare options). 

- Venue/catering deposits (paid directly to suppliers).
