Wedding Day Coordination, also called Wedding Day Management. 

Your wedding day should be a celebration, not a source of stress. You’ve already put in the work planning your dream wedding, and my role as your wedding coordinator is to make sure it all comes together seamlessly. You will have peace of mind that your wedding is in capable hands to make your day truly special.

This service starts 2 months before your wedding.

In the lead up to your wedding, I'll liaise with you and your suppliers to ensure that nothing has been overlooked. On your wedding day, I’ll take care of all the logistics, handle all the behind-the-scenes details, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from keeping the schedule on track to coordinating your suppliers, answering guest questions, ensuring décor, and every little touch from the cake to the candles and much more, are set up beautifully just as you envisioned. With me on your team, you can relax, sip your bubbles and focus on enjoying your joy-filled wedding day, without any worries, creating unforgettable memories with your loved ones.

Wedding day co-ordination for couples who need expert help on their wedding day

Here's an idea of what is included:


  • Final logistics & timeline expertise: We’ll have a crucial venue visit with you to understand your vision for your special day. Following this, you will receive a detailed wedding day schedule and set-up checklist, for your approval, ensuring all the moving parts of your multicultural celebration align perfectly.
  • Pre-wedding handover (2 months out): You gain peace of mind as we step in for the final two months, taking ownership of the schedule and all logistics. This includes two in-depth online meetings to get my professional input and final sign off on your wedding plans.
  • Supplier coordination: Hand over your supplier list, and we will immediately become their primary contact. We will review their services, share the detailed schedule and proactively address any last-minute logistical issues.
  • Access to your digital hub - you’ll have access to our online platform during the final stages, allowing us to work together to finalise your wedding and share information easily.
  • 10 hours of flawless execution on your wedding day: my assistants and I are your dedicated on-site team for up to 10 hours. Managing everything from supplier arrivals to guest flow and their questions. Your only job is to get ready and enjoy, knowing that all the delicate details and unique cultural touches are being expertly handled behind the scenes.



Investment: from £1,750 (depending on the size, location and complexity of your wedding).
