Hi, I'm Natasha, the founder of Pearline Events. I partner with couples across London and the South East to create elegant, multicultural celebrations that are as well-organised as they are heartfelt.

I am a Christian, a wife to my wonderful husband, Darion, and a mother to our son, roles that remind me daily that the "heart and soul" of a wedding is just as important as the logistics.

My journey to founding Pearline Events

My path to starting this business was a natural blending of two very different professional worlds. For over a decade, I worked within the Civil Service, managing complex programmes covering subjects from drug policy to prison reform. This environment taught me how to stay calm under immense pressure and how to navigate complicated logistics with a specialist's eye.

I am also a trained counsellor. This means that when I am working with you, I am not just managing a timeline; I am also proactively managing the emotional dynamics of the day. Whether it is navigating complex family expectations or helping you through decision fatigue, I act as your emotional safety net. I believe that your relationship should always be the priority, and my role is to protect your peace so that you can remain fully present. I launched Pearline Events shortly after the birth of my son, and I have not looked back.

I truly believe that life is short so when you have something to celebrate, do it in style and fill it with vibrant colour! I’m a born and bred London girl and now living in the Kent countryside and I have a deep love for the private estates and unique dry hire  venues that this corner of England offers.

When I’m not refining a design or coordinating a vendor team, you’ll find me gardening or seeking out the smell of lemons and salty sea breezes. I love the feel of sand between my toes and the quiet of a luxurious spa day. I've been told that I have a 'heartfelt' laugh (some might call it 'dirty')! and I bring that same authentic, warm energy to every couple I work with.
