"Having Natasha from Pearline Events for our dry hire, multicultural and bilingual wedding was THE best decision we made. It’s hard to sum it all up in  one review!

We contacted Natasha about 8 months before our wedding, and from the first meeting, we knew we’d made the right choice. Throughout our wedding planning journey, we stayed in regular contact, and she was always responsive and made us feel like a priority every step of the way.

She coordinated with all our confirmed suppliers, shared a detailed timeline for the day with everyone involved, and handled logistics so we didn’t have to worry. People knew who to go to, which gave us the capacity to enjoy our day.

The day before the wedding, we had a stressful incident and—no exaggeration—Natasha appeared like magic to save the day.

Perhaps most importantly, it felt like she was always in our corner. "Natasha and Pearline Events, helped plan our wedding and made our vision come to life, exceeding all expectations!

Her professionalism and passion was clear from our first consultation with her, and as soon as we hung up the call, we both said WE NEED HER, and I’m so glad we went ahead and booked her, so if you’re hesitant, don’t be, just make that call.

She helped source crucial suppliers at a dry hire venue, listening to our requests and providing us with various options to choose from, all of which met our needs, and still felt really personal to us, whilst adding her own touches of creativity. Natasha did so much vendor management in to the run up to the wedding too and that just took all our stresses away, how lucky are we!

Natasha was also the ULTIMATE on the day, having to prepare the same space three times for the ceremony, wedding breakfast, and evening reception. She pulled it off without a hitch, and everyone commented how amazing she had been, and how at ease she made everyone feel, leaving us, our family and friends to enjoy the day. She really felt like a friend, and supported us throughout the day . Once again, make that call, and get her on board as soon as you can.

Myself and my husband were lucky enough to have team Pearline Events onboard for our big day. I needed to ‘hand’ my baby, our wedding over to someone I trusted to run and manage our day for us. I’ve never felt so safe with us and our wedding, securely in Natasha’s hands.

Within seconds of meeting Natasha it quickly became evident she was in a different league and no one else could compare to her and her team. Natasha came on board 2 months before the wedding, unlike the ‘standard’ 1 month in all other vendor packages. We very quickly understood why this was so important. Natasha’s advice, with her calm, warm, strong approach and her eye for detail was the cherry on the cake.

As I’m sure most couples do, we’d experienced a lot of stress during the planning of our wedding and by having Natasha onboard, it really helped us to enjoy our day itself and focus on what really mattered – us. On the big day I wasn’t worrying about where things were, who was doing what as I knew it was all in hand. Pearline Events brought our vision, everything we’d hoped and dreamed of for the biggest day of our lives, to life and gave me, the bride, my mind back.

Natasha started a couple of months before the wedding, contacting all of our suppliers and making a very detailed timeline of how our day would go. She added in time for us to have time to ourselves, as well as all the things that needed to happen on the day.

"Hiring Natasha was the best thing we ever did for our wedding. She came in and smoothed out the timeline and planned each detail. The team took care of everything, and I mean everything. Directed the walk in with family, when food came out, packed up at the end. Mingled with guest to check everything was going well. We had alot of entertainment and Natasha made is run seamlessly.

Our guests enjoyed our wedding, they said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Natasha took our stress away and came in like an angel and did everything possible to make it an amazing day.

We worked together over 10 months and her experience and knowledge showed throughout. She thought of things that never even came to mind, surprising me at every turn in a good way.
