"Natasha started a couple of months before the wedding contacting all of our suppliers and making a very detailed timeline of how our day would go. She added in time for us to have time to ourselves as well as all the things that needed to happen on the day.

Natasha was so friendly and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble.
On the day Natasha and her assistant arrived and they got straight to it making sure everyone and everything was happening as it should be.

All throughout the day Natasha had our best interests at heart and in the forefront of her mind and actions.

"Not quite sure where to start to say all the amazing things we have to say about Natasha and Pearline events, who helped plan our wedding and made our vision come to life, exceeded all expectations!

Her professionalism and passion was clear from our first consultation with her, and as soon  as we hung up the call, we both said WE NEED HER, and I’m so glad we went ahead and booked her, so if you’re hesitant, don’t be, just make that call. I will absolutely be recommending Natasha.

She helped source crucial suppliers at a dry hire venue, listening to our requests and providing us with various options to choose from, all of which met our needs, and still felt really personal to us, whilst adding her own touches of creativity. Natasha did so much vendor management in to the run up to the wedding too (managing photographers, make up artist, caterers etc.) and that just took all our stresses away, how lucky are we!


Natasha was also the ULTIMATE on the day, having to prepare the same space three times for the ceremony, wedding breakfast, and evening reception. She pulled it off without a hitch, and everyone commented how amazing she had been, and how at ease she made everyone feel, leaving us, our family and friends to enjoy the day. She really felt like a friend, and supported us throughout the day . Once again, make that call, and get her on board as soon as you can.

"Hiring Natasha was the best thing we ever did for our wedding. She came in and smoothed out the timeline and planned each detail. The team took care of everything, and I mean everything. Directed the walk in with family, when food came out, packed up at the end. Mingled with guest to check everything was going well. We had alot of entertainment and Natasha made is run seamlessly.

Our guests enjoyed our wedding, they said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Natasha took our stress away and came in like an angel and did everything possible to make it an amazing day.

"Pearline Events brought our vision to life, everything we’d hoped and dreamed of for the biggest day of our lives..."


"Myself and my husband Curtis married in October 2023 and we were lucky enough to have team Pearline Events onboard for our big day. I needed to ‘hand’ my baby, our wedding over to someone I trusted to run and manage our day for us. From working in events, I’m a natural control-freak but from the get go, I’ve never felt so safe with us and our wedding, securely in Natasha’s hands.


Prior to meeting Natasha, we’d met with various other planners for ‘on the day coordination’. Whilst everyone we met was lovely, within seconds of meeting Natasha it quickly became evident she was in a different league and no one else could compare to her and her team. Natasha came on board 2 months before the wedding, unlike the ‘standard’ 1 month in all other vendor packages. At first I questioned this, but very quickly understood why this was so important. Natasha’s advice with her calm, warm, strong approach and her eye for detail was the cherry on the cake.

As I’m sure most couples do, we’d experienced a lot of stress during the planning of our wedding and by having Natasha onboard, it really helped us to enjoy our day itself and focus on what really mattered – us. On the big day I wasn’t worrying about where things were, who was doing what as I knew it was all in hand. Pearline Events brought our vision, everything we’d hoped and dreamed of for the biggest day of our lives, to life and gave me, the bride, my mind back.

I can never thank Natasha and her team enough for everything they did for us, the great success of our wedding was down to Pearline Events! We thank our lucky stars Natasha was available as we know our day would not have been the same without her".

She completely 'got' the vision we had for our Ghanaian/Italian mixed wedding and went above and beyond to bring it to life. She had so many wonderful ideas and found us so many fabulous vendors. Perhaps most importantly, it felt like she was always in our corner. She was meticulously organised which helped keep the last minute stresses to a minimum and meant that as a couple we were able to completely enjoy the day. We honestly cannot recommend her enough.
